Julian closed the first half of the show in style with a classic performance of Stand By Me, preceded by an equally absorbing version of Saltwater. Julian re-joined the stage alongside The Feeling, Pete Townsend, Joss Stone, Tim Minchin and Boy George for the finale, a rendition of  David Bowie’s ‘Heroes‘.
